At MORPH, we have a dedicated cold plunge studio. With dim lights, your music of choice, and a trained associate, your experience will be unlike anything you've ever experienced.
After changing into a swimsuit, our trained professional will join you in the room to educate you, guide you through the process, chat (if you like that kind of thing), and time your plunge.
We know 39 degrees is cold and we're not going to leave you to do it alone!
You don't have to stay an entire 6 minutes, but we do cap it at that time. You will then be provided with a warm towel and left to warm up and change.
